We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at KINGDOM ATHLETICS LTD. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Type and Proofread Correspondence: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Manage Office Supplies: Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary materials to operate efficiently.
  • Data Entry and Management: Enter and manage data in our databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain our filing system, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Support for Persons with Disabilities: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition and provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment.
  • Support for Youths: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
  • Support for Veterans: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
  • Support for Mature Workers: Apply hiring policies that discourage age discrimination and provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities and provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this role.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
