**Your Role**

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our fast-growing and rapidly evolving product. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing the user experience of our websites and mobile applications.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Designing a website tree structure to improve user navigation and engagement
  • Structuring information according to personas' buying cycle to enhance user experience
  • Creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure design objectives are met and aligned with business goals
  • Designing and optimizing the user experience of our digital products to meet user needs and expectations
  • Communicating design orientations to the UI designer while meeting functional objectives
  • Creating content templates to ensure consistency and brand identity

**Requirements**

  • Web agency experience with a focus on UX design and user experience
  • Good knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Drupal, Magento, WordPress, Joomla, or Typo3
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) principles
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics to measure and analyze user behavior
