Job Title: Janitorial Services Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Manager to join our team at Duke's Building Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Janitorial Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our janitorial services, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising a team of 3-4 staff members, evaluating daily operations, and implementing policies and procedures to improve service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily operations to maximize efficiency
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Work Environment:

The Janitorial Services Manager will work in a physically demanding environment, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
