Job Title: Construction Helper

Cristhian's Carpenter & Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team. As a Construction Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail. You will be working on construction sites, which can be hazardous. It is essential to follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
