We are currently seeking Pharmacists to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily pharmacy functions, including medication dispensing, optimizing clinical services, and administering vaccinations.
- Managing pharmacy inventory effectively.
- Ensuring adherence to Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Staying updated on the latest developments in the pharmacy sector by learning about new medications and clinical practices.
- Providing private consultations to patients while fostering a patient-centered care environment.
- Delivering clinical services such as medication management and health assessments.
Qualifications:
- A valid Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing with the relevant College of Pharmacists.
- Certification in administering injections.
- Familiarity with Pharmacy Software solutions, ideally Kroll.
- Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completion of required training.
- Capability to evaluate, plan, and implement clinical knowledge as necessary.
- Additional training or certifications are considered advantageous.
