Job Title: Technical Sales Supervisor

MODA SMART HOME INC. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Technical Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs and resources, and recommending the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service
  • Deliver sales presentations and conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and training
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and provide customer service
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales and technical support
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
