The ideal candidate must possess a valid driver's license and have dependable access to a vehicle for work-related tasks. Additionally, a personal mobile device is required for use during working hours.
Service Area: Sydney and surrounding regions
Work Hours: 16 to 24 hours per week, with availability required on Wednesdays and Fridays. Schedules may vary based on workload, and adjustments can be made to accommodate specific needs.
Compensation: $18.33 per hour, plus additional premiums for mileage and device usage.

Key Responsibilities- Restock and maintain product displays in store racks, shelves, and coolers by transporting products from the backroom to the sales floor using manual or powered equipment.
- Construct, modify, or dismantle product displays while adhering to company standards; ensure proper signage is displayed and maintain cleanliness in product areas.
- Comply with all company policies regarding backroom operations, display maintenance, replenishment processes, and safety protocols.
- Organize stock in the backroom, monitor inventory levels, report any damaged products, and complete necessary paperwork.
- Ensure a clean and orderly work environment that meets company safety and sanitation standards.
- Foster professional relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift, carry, and position products weighing up to 50 lbs (22 kg) above shoulder height without assistance.
- Consistent kneeling, squatting, and reaching overhead.
- Capability to push and pull equipment containing product loads for a minimum distance of 100 yards without assistance.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Preferred: Minimum one year of experience in grocery, retail, warehousing, or a related field.
- Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks is a plus.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience working with minimal supervision.
- Must have a personal vehicle for work-related use.
- Current vehicle liability insurance is required.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.
