Job Title: Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Edgewood Health Network Inc. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality case management, clinical treatment, and advocacy to clients with Operational Stress Injury, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and co-occurring mental health and addiction issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual treatment, education, and ongoing assessment of progress to patients using evidence-based modalities.
  • Identify treatment goals with patients and coordinate across broader clinical teams when appropriate.
  • Deliver high-quality psychoeducational and process groups using evidence-based modalities.
  • Case coordination and communication across an inter-professional team both within the company and with external providers.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders in the development, implementation, and follow-up of the patient's aftercare plan.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a Master's degree program in Counselling, Social Work, Psychotherapy, or Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration in good standing as required by professional body.
  • Experience in a residential mental health and addiction treatment setting is considered a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of community resources and supports is considered a strong asset.
  • Ability to perform duties in a professional and courteous manner and produce high-quality work while meeting deadlines.
