About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier and Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a polite and friendly manner
  • Process cash register payments by cash, cheque, credit card, gift card, and debit
  • Prepare hot and cold beverages, including specialty drink preparation
  • Stock and order products, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Perform light cleaning duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated and team-oriented individual with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written form
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be available to be scheduled anytime on Sunday (Alberta only)

Physical Requirements

  • Occasional lifting of up to 45 pounds
  • Constant hand coordination and gripping
  • Frequent computer and point of sale system use
  • Frequent standing and bending
  • Occasional walking and squatting
