Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Correctional Centres.

The successful candidate will provide onsite emergency medical services, tending to both urgent and non-urgent medical needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emergency response, medical assessment, primary health care, chronic disease management, injury prevention, and health promotion
  • Coordinate emergency medical evacuations as needed
  • Exercise independence, judgment, and initiative to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions

Requirements

  • Completion of a recognized Nursing program and valid license in Saskatchewan
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
  • Valid driver's license and criminal record clearance
  • Professionally represent Haztech and provide exceptional service to all clients

About the Role

This is a casual role with a variety of shifts available, including day and evening shifts, Monday to Friday, and weekend availability.
