Job Title: Gymnastics Coach

We are seeking a skilled Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Victoria Gymnastics Downtown. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our athletes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver gymnastics training sessions to athletes of various skill levels
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve athlete performance
  • Assess and evaluate athlete progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Maintain accurate records of athlete progress and training sessions
Requirements:
  • Level 1 Certificate in Coaching
  • CPR Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
