Key Responsibilities

  • Assign tasks and duties to maintenance staff.
  • Oversee production deliverables and work order completion.
  • Perform repairs on mechanical systems, including engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
  • Participate in the company's safety program and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist in training employees and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Establish and maintain time and productivity standards.
  • Grow and develop the fleet-based maintenance program.

Requirements

  • Journeyman Heavy Duty Certification.
  • Experience with the CVIP Motor Vehicle Inspection Program.
  • CVIP certification preferred but not required.
  • Insite/JPRO experience preferred.
  • Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft software.
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate needed repairs or tasks.
