About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Next Level Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional product expertise and support to our customers and dealership personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company in the sale of new and used machinery to walk-in customers.
  • Participate in required sales activities, including cold calling, customer follow-ups, and tender submissions.
  • Assist Territory Managers with sales paperwork and processes.
  • Maintain current product knowledge of all equipment, parts, and services available to customers.
  • Coordinate in-branch displays and merchandising of equipment.
  • Conduct equipment demonstrations and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of agriculture, farming, or operational practices is preferred.
  • Ability to use standard desktop applications, including Microsoft Office and internet functions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
