Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare precise cost estimates for significant construction projects
- Request and evaluate pricing from subcontractors
- Examine project specifications and subcontractor needs
- Assess risks and identify opportunities for a competitive advantage
- Support the tendering process and negotiations
- Work collaboratively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in estimating for large-scale construction projects exceeding 50 million
- In-depth understanding of estimating methodologies and practices
