Senior Application Systems Analyst

CB Canada is seeking a Senior Application Systems Analyst to provide analysis support to translate requirements into solution specifications, establish scope, costs, timelines, and coordinate the delivery of solutions. This role will work closely with business clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with business clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into solution specifications and develop solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Establish scope, costs, and timelines for solution delivery and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Work with technical resources to clarify solution specifications, oversee and conduct testing, diagnose form issues, and identify solution gaps for future tool enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of experience in designing, implementing, performing upgrades, configuring, troubleshooting, and documenting software solutions.
  • Five (5) years of experience in large-scale software package application.
  • Five (5) years of experience in an analysis role demonstrating the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Five (5) years of experience dealing with design considerations, staff impact analysis, and implementation timelines.
  • Experience with Adobe Form solutions (Fillable PDF, HTML Forms).
  • Experience with Electronic Signing solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills to communicate both internally and externally with personnel at all levels.
  • Proficiency in documenting requirements and other project required artifacts.
  • Previous work experience in the public sector or large organizations.
