Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, ensuring they are sanitized and ready for use.
  • Place dishes in storage areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, adhering to our strict food safety protocols.
  • Scour pots and pans to ensure they are clean and free of debris.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, following our recipes and guidelines.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
  • Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing kitchen demands.
  • Fluency in French is required, as this is a French-speaking kitchen environment.
