Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Motivate a Team: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of dedicated sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock rotation and minimizing waste. Implement quality control measures to guarantee the freshness and safety of all meat products.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales by promoting products, implementing merchandising strategies, and staying informed about market trends.
Qualifications:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment, preferably in a meat department.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and stock control procedures.
