Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure we have the resources needed to meet our culinary goals.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of our kitchen and food service areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to order and presented in a timely and appealing manner.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a cook or in a related role is required.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in our kitchen, and proficiency in English is required.
- Work Hours: This is a permanent position, and the work hours will be 32 to 40 hours per week.
