Key Responsibilities- Harvest and Crop Management: Oversee the harvesting of seedlings, implement soil fertility programs, and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
- Quality Control and Record Keeping: Maintain quality control and production records, ensuring that our crops meet the highest standards.
- Staff Management: Hire and train staff, including farm labourers and supervisors, to ensure that our team is equipped to meet the demands of our farm operations.
- Workplace Safety and Bio-Security: Ensure that our farm operates in a safe and bio-secure environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and protocols.
- Crop Selection and Planning: Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations, including the selection and planning of crops such as bell peppers, greenhouse tomatoes, greenhouse vegetables, and herbs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a farm operations role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and requires attention to detail.
