Overview: At Altea Active, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front-of-house operations. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and members, ensuring they receive exceptional service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: As the face of our organization, you will ensure that every guest and member is greeted with warmth and professionalism.
  • Operational Coordination: You will oversee all front desk functions, including member check-ins, managing communication lines, and scheduling appointments efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Your leadership will inspire and guide your team, ensuring they are well-trained to meet and exceed service expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular assessments of service delivery to uphold Altea's high standards and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any customer inquiries or issues promptly, ensuring a satisfactory outcome for all parties involved.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role with supervisory experience.
  • Relevant post-secondary education in health and fitness or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Certification in Standard First Aid and CPR is required prior to employment.
