Job Title: HRIS Manager

At Mozilla, we're seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead our Human Resources Information Systems team. As a key member of our People Team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our HRIS systems meet the strategic and operational needs of the organization.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and shape the future of HRIS at Mozilla. You'll work closely with our Workday Application Engineer team members to design, implement, and deploy new functionality that aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, architecture, implementation, and deployment of new HRIS functionality.
  • Configure, customize, and deploy Workday modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, Talent Management, and Absence.
  • Drive the implementation of HRIS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications and systems.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize HRIS processes to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for application usage across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the People Team and other departments to align initiatives with organizational goals.
What You'll Bring:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
