Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Solution Architect to join our dynamic team and lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation of architectural blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle from concept to delivery.
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, engineers, and other team members.
  • Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Present architectural solutions to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and buy-in.
  • Implement and enforce best practices for software development and architecture.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of e-commerce solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading and managing technical teams.
  • Successfully led the implementation of three or more B2B or B2C e-commerce solutions.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of SEO, web analytics, and digital marketing principles.
