Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Provectus Canada Inc. as a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business operations.
  • Leadership: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, and formulate promotional campaigns.
  • Human Resources: Approve overall human resources planning, including recruitment, training, and development.
Supervision and Team Management
  • Team Size: 5-10 people

  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
