About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mason to join our team at PARIS ART MASONRY LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of work in the installation of concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formwork and Materials Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Concrete Placement and Finishing: Direct the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade specifications, and impart the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
  • Structural Repair and Maintenance: Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures, and apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces.
  • Worksite Environment and Safety: Work in a dusty, noisy, and outdoors environment, and maintain a high level of physical fitness to perform the demands of the job.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: No degree, certificate, or diploma required, but 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the building trades is preferred.
  • Work Setting: Commercial and residential construction sites.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding work environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Team player with excellent communication skills.
