We are seeking a skilled Concrete Construction Assistant to join our team at Khinda Concrete Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload and transport construction materials to and from construction sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, following all safety protocols.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety.
