We are seeking a dedicated Financial Records Specialist to join our team at 7628382 Canada Corporation. This is a permanent position that offers a dynamic work environment.

- Work Hours: 37.5 to 42 hours per week
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a related field
- Calculate and prepare payroll cheques.
- Maintain and balance financial records across various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Oversee the delegation of tasks to office support personnel.
- Manage administrative functions within the organization.
- Implement policies and procedures for record management in compliance with privacy legislation.
- Assess and enhance administrative processes.
- Set work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory controls.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Sage Accounting Software, and PeopleSoft.
- Experience with electronic scheduling and email systems.
- Completion of a criminal record check is mandatory.
- Must have access to personal transportation.
- Public transportation options are available.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
