Job Summary

**Job Title:** Maintenance Services Specialist

**Job Type:** Part-time Regular

**Department:** Plant Maintenance

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility and plant systems, equipment, grounds, and buildings.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of facility and plant systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Requirements
  • **Education:** Fireman Boiler Operator certificate
  • **Experience:** One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment (commercial or industrial)
  • **Licenses:** Valid Class 5 driver's license, Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
  • **Skills:** Organizational skills, Interpersonal skills, Basic - Computer skills, Communication skills
  • **Knowledge and Abilities:** Ability to work independently, Knowledge of tools and equipment
