Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement high-performance, parallel programming code to meet the company's exacting standards.
  2. Recognize and implement design patterns as required to ensure efficient and scalable code.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest development tools, techniques, and computing equipment to continually update your knowledge base.
  4. Meet the company's exact code quality standards and set a positive example for continuous learning within the team.
  5. Stretch your creativity to take the product to the next level and foster a high level of technical proficiency within the team.
Requirements
  1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Expertise in software engineering, including data structures, algorithms, software design principles, and object-oriented programming.
  3. Deep knowledge of C# and.NET framework, as well as experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
  4. Extensive experience working with data models and databases.
  5. At least 6 years of hands-on coding experience.
  6. Eagerness to stay hands-on with code and exceptional coaching skills to guide developers in improving their skill sets.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for mentoring others.
  8. Proficiency in problem-solving and overcoming obstacles.
  9. Experience working on complex products with global scalability.
  10. An aspiration to contribute to a data management company.

Experience with parallel programming and ERP implementation is a significant plus.
