About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Sweets from the Earth. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production and delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to meet production schedules
  • Train and mentor team members on duties and policies
  • Resolve operational issues and provide technical guidance to improve efficiency
  • Plan and oversee the operational logistics of our organization
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Reliability and accuracy in work
  • Dependability and proactivity in resolving issues
What We Offer
  • Permanent full-time position
