Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

BrightPath Kids Canada is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Okotoks, AB.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and engaging environment for children in our care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a curriculum that supports the development of children
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment that promotes the well-being of children
  • Assessing the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discussing progress with parents and other staff
  • Establishing collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families
  • Attending staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary
  • Working to maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Early Childhood Education - Level 1, 2, or 3 Certification OR B.Ed./Equivalent
  • Meet province requirements for childcare employment
  • Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
  • Current immunization and health assessment as per the local Minister of Health Requirements
