Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Management & Value Communication: Develop relationships with clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate IBM's value.
  2. Decision Maker Engagement: Identify decision makers, qualify opportunities, and establish partnerships.
  3. Sales Process Leadership: Oversee the complete sales process, with a focus on new business.
  4. Collaborative Ecosystem Engagement: Collaborate with the broader IBM sales ecosystem to develop campaigns and boost pipeline growth.

Requirements

  1. Tech Sales Success and High Performance: A successful track record in tech sales, particularly in new client acquisition, with a focus on consistently achieving targets and delivering results.
  2. Business Acumen Application: Demonstrated business acumen in explaining tech's operational and financial impact.
  3. Influential Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a strong influence.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Storage Market Expertise: Storage market knowledge to be a trusted client advisor, with training on IBM's Storage offerings provided.
  2. Understanding IBM's Competitive Distinctions: Grasp IBM's competitive differentiations as well as the position of competitors in the market.
