About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at WCB Alberta. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the rehabilitation experience and outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatment and assessment to clients
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders, including surgeons, claim owners, and employers
  • Deliver interdisciplinary rehabilitation programs
  • Complete functional capacity evaluations (FCEs)
  • Provide services at employer worksites

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy and eligibility for registration with the Physiotherapy Alberta College and Association
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in occupational rehabilitation, orthopedics, or sports physiotherapy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliability and time management skills
  • Valid Alberta Driver's License and ability to travel overnight within the province
