Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SHREEJI CORNER INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, cashiers, and grocery clerks to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets, improve store performance, and implement company initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
