We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Bloom Care Solutions. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Support clients in safely ambulating and transferring, and perform delegated tasks as required.
  • Promote client independence and provide psychological and emotional support.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment for both clients and workers.
Requirements:
  • PSW certification or diploma is a must.
  • First Aid Certificate and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate (within 1 year).
  • Police Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
  • Tb test and Immunizations (up to date).
