Procurement Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Kelly Services, Inc. in Calgary, AB. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and stewarding various Procurement compliance activities, owning SOX Compliance activities for Retail Procurement, and supporting Procurement activities within SAP ECC and Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and stewarding various Procurement compliance activities
  • Owning SOX Compliance activities for Retail Procurement
  • Supporting Procurement activities within SAP ECC and Oracle
  • Planning and executing Procurement Governance compliance activities
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives for Governance compliance and reporting activities
  • Assisting with recurring Governance activities
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement, with a commitment to process excellence and strong understanding of Procurement governance and controls processes
  • Previous experience in Internal Controls, such as external audit, internal audit, financial controls, etc.
  • High level of attention to detail in producing process documentation and written communications
  • Proactive thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and facilitation skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Hands-on experience with ERPs such as SAP ECC and/or S4, Oracle, Ariba, and PowerBI
