Event Assistant Job Description

At Fresh Form Draft, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events. As an Event Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, timelines, and budgets.
  • Vendor and Client Communication: Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all event details are confirmed and executed.
  • Event Execution: Provide support during events, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Post-Event Wrap-Up: Assist with post-event wrap-up, including cleanup, evaluations, and feedback collection.
  • Event Supplies and Inventory: Maintain event supplies and inventory, ensuring all materials are available and in good condition.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with event management software is a plus.
