Job Title: Early Childhood Education Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Worker to join our team at Adventure Place Childcare Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: Provide high-quality education and care to children, ensuring their individual needs are met and their learning is supported.
  • Child Development: Observe and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing strategies to support their development.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring open and respectful communication.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Work Setting: Child care centre
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Immunization records, Vulnerable sector check
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, Flexibility, Reliability, Team player
