Job Title: Early Childhood Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Supervisor to join our team at Adventure Place Childcare Inc.

Job Summary:

The Early Childhood Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. This role will involve leading activities, encouraging creativity, and guiding children in developing proper habits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the development of children
  • Lead activities that promote learning and creativity
  • Encourage children to express themselves through various media
  • Guide children in developing proper habits and behaviors
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and community service providers
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Experience working with children in a childcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Childcare centre setting
  • Language of work: English
