Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the conveyancing process for real estate transactions.
  • Handle property searches, review legal documents, and ensure all aspects of the transaction are completed accurately.
  • Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transfers.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Requirements:
  • 2-7 years of experience in conveyancing (both Junior and Senior candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Eager, willing, and quick to learn new processes and systems.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
