Job Title: Chef de Cuisine

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chef de Cuisine to oversee the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to high standards.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
  • Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Develop and implement menus to meet customer demands and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
