Pastry Maker Position

Première Moisson, a leading bakery and patisserie company, is seeking a skilled Pastry Maker to join our team. With over 20 bakeries in Quebec and Ontario, we offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality doughs, creams, fillings, cakes, and other baked goods according to Première Moisson recipes and manufacturing methods.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of pastry-making techniques and ingredients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Apply quality, hygiene, and safety standards to ensure exceptional products and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • DEP in pastry-making or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Strong understanding of pastry-making techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
