Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Franchise Management Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our KFC restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Manage cash handling, reconcile cash, and complete daily paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop team members to achieve operational excellence and promote a positive work environment.
  • Address in-store issues, communicate plans to the team, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security codes.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights, and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Experience with inventory management, ordering, and financial controls.
