Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Food Counter Attendant to join our team at GRIMACE &CO RESTAURANT LTD. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and minimize wait times.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
