Reconcile Factory Program Funds: Align all factory program funds with vehicle sales to ensure the financial stability of our organization. Invoicing Management: Enter vehicle invoices into our accounting system, ensuring all financial activities are accurately recorded. Commission Management: Accurately calculate commissions for payment. Sales Tracking Support: Maintain sales-related records to assist our team in monitoring their achievements. Financial Reporting: Aid in the creation of monthly financial reports through account reconciliations, providing a clear overview of our financial status. Audit Preparation: Assist in compiling year-end documentation for auditors, facilitating a smooth audit experience.

Qualifications:

Relevant Experience: We seek an experienced accountant, ideally with a background in the dealership sector (experience with CDK is a significant advantage). Proficient in Excel: You are highly skilled in Excel, adept at creating detailed spreadsheets. Efficiency Focused: Process documentation accurately and promptly, contributing to the smooth functioning of our finance department.
