The Lloydminster & District Co-op is seeking an experienced Ag Retail Manager to lead our Lloyd Agro South location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and sales budgets to drive business growth.
- Conduct customer analysis to identify opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure effective sales and inventory management.
- Liaise with customers, competitors, and industry personnel to promote agri-products.
- Manage inventory, accounts receivable, and invoicing to ensure efficient operations.
- Establish and maintain procedures for safe and efficient warehousing and inventory management.
- Prepare annual operating budgets and recommend capital requirements.
- Ensure staff receive appropriate safety and environmental training.
Requirements:
- Five years of experience in agr-products inventory management and sales.
- Good knowledge of agri-products and grain marketing.
- Diploma in Administration or Agriculture.
- WHMIS, TDG, and Forklift Operator certifications.
- Working towards Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation.
