- Education and Experience
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, education, child development).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program development and implementation, leadership, and financial management.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
