Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
- Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
- Supervise and coordinate activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
- Flexibility and reliability
Our store operates in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
What We Offer- Permanent full-time position
- 30 to 44 hours per week
