Role Responsibilities

As an E-Commerce Store Supervisor, you will:

  • Serve as a positive example for your team, fostering a culture of excellent customer service and high store standards.
  • Oversee daily operations to maximize sales while managing expenses effectively.
  • Lead and mentor your team to achieve set objectives.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Strong people management capabilities.
  • A proven track record of leading teams to success.
  • Commercial insight and experience in a customer-centric environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Organizational prowess with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A Personal Licence (or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
  • Knowledge of DSEAR & Safety on the Forecourt (desirable, training available).
