Job Summary

Trans-United Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of manufactured products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent defects and ensure consistency in production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with production staff, management, and customers to ensure seamless quality control processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or other quality management systems.
  • Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
