We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Technician to join our team at Turtle Bay IT Services Corp.
Job Summary:The Computer Systems Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for computer systems, networks, and hardware. This includes troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading computer systems, as well as providing training and guidance to users.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and maintenance for computer systems, networks, and hardware
- Troubleshoot and repair computer systems and hardware
- Upgrade and configure computer systems and hardware
- Provide training and guidance to users
- Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log
- Participate in the redesign of applications and software
- Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
- Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
- Provide customer service and support
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
- Information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) Certification
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The Computer Systems Technician will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to multitask.
